A Tactic to Try When you Feel Angry
There is a difference between getting angry and being an angry person. I know this because I used to be the type of angry person. In this video we’re going to talk about the type of anger that causes problems and how you can let that energy dissolve before it explodes.
First, understand that anger is a secondary emotion stemming from fear, and it’s a natural human feeling. Therefore, the problem isn’t being angry, it’s how you control that anger. In this video I give you the quick method that worked for me whenever I felt a rage of anger subsiding. This isn’t a solution, but a way to clear a space within you, so that you can do the inner work necessary to get to the source of your anger. This will give you more room to think, meditate, and breathe.

Forgiveness is an interesting concept. Say someone does something to hurt you and they eventually take it back…or maybe they don’t. So what’s the point of you putting in the extra work to forgive them for what they did? In short, forgiveness helps you move on.
Let’s say you chose not to forgive the other person. Likely, you would actually spend a lot more time thinking about them and that negative thing they did. When your thoughts are consumed with negativity and resentment, this can take up a whole lot of energy. This energy is actually power that you’re giving them and taking away from yourself.
It’s important to keep in mind, that you can still forgive without making the other person’s actions okay. Their wrongdoing, will always be a wrongdoing. Forgiveness is a powerful tool of freedom to give to yourself. In this video we talk about why we should practice forgiveness and some methods to try.
